On 2009 Q2 RIM launched a new Blackberry Tour 9630. In this edition, this phone not equipped with Trackpad, instead equipped with Trackball. Maybe this edition is targeted to people who like trackball.

Google looks like have fail to have copyright of their Nexus One product. U.S. Office Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has rejected Google’s request because potentially confusing with the U.S. related Registration number 3554195, which refers to copyright ‘Nexus’ property Integra Telecom telecommunications vendors.

Goodluck to Google with their Nexus One.
