Ready or not, not only CPU Processors are going to 65nm. NVidia are ready for 65nm GPU. According to Slashgear.com, they’re ready around fall 2007.

NV’s 8400GS are the first card to be produced in 65nm technology, beside 8400GS, G8M are also using that technology.

Well, what you’ve waiting for is ready. ATI just announced that they’re shipping out Radeon HD 2400 and HD 2600 Graphics cards, according to engadget.com. Unified Video Decoder (UVD) is also included in both cards, UVD are based around a 65-nanometer chip, and will support HDMI and HDCP.
